1. General

These booking terms and conditions apply to all reservations made via Stay Xtra Hotel Kista’s website or through third parties. By completing a booking, the guest accepts these terms.

2. Cancellation and No-Show

All reservations are **non-refundable**.
In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, **100% of the total booking amount will be charged**.

3. Payment

The hotel reserves the right to determine whether payment is made:

* online in advance, or
* on-site upon arrival

A valid payment card may be required to guarantee the reservation. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge the card in accordance with these terms.

4. Check-in and Check-out

* **Check-in:** 15:00 – 20:00
* **Check-out:** 06:00 – 11:00

For arrivals outside check-in hours, the hotel must be contacted in advance. The hotel does not guarantee check-in without prior notice.

5. Identification

All guests must present a valid ID or passport upon check-in.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if valid identification cannot be provided.

6. Age Requirement

The minimum age for check-in is **21 years**.
Guests under 21 years of age are only permitted when accompanied by a legal guardian.

7. Children and Extra Beds

* Children are welcome
* Guests aged 18 and above are considered adults
* Extra beds and baby cots are not available

8. Pets

Pets are not allowed on the premises.

9. Special Requests

Special requests (e.g., room type, late check-in, etc.) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply.

10. Liability and Right to Refuse Stay

The hotel reserves the right to refuse or terminate a stay in cases of:

* violation of these terms
* disruptive behavior
* lack of valid identification or payment method

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

11. Force Majeure

The hotel is not liable for events beyond its control, such as strikes, fires, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled in Swedish courts.
